Four injured in horror crash
Witnesses claimed that it sounded like a bomb exploding, after a Hyundai bakkie and a Honda Ballade crashed head on along Kandahar Avenue on the evening of December 7.
According to the local police the bakkie was travelling along the road, when it is alleged that the Honda ballade veered into its path. One person had to be rescued using the Jaws of Life; the victim had to be rushed to the local hospital.
A case of reckless and negligent driving is under investigation by police.
